The 'Yield' sign means that you must give precedence to the traffic on the road that you are entering, no matter which way you are turning. There are two versions of the sign as shown below.

Beware at the end of one way streets ... The marking that designate the one way street (a solid line coupled with a broken line) do not necessarily mean Yield. Beware of the actions of others at these junctions.
