Adobe Acrobat Reader

Adobe Acrobat is a piece of standard software that allows documents to be shared electronically using a file format called PDF (Portable Document Format).

By obtaining a copy of the software (free) you will be able to download, printout and use the forms and worksheets provided in this course.

1. Download the Acrobat software by clicking the icon below if you do not already have version 5 or later. Note: Ensure all earlier versions of Acrobat are uninstalled befor installing the new version.
 
2. Click the .PDF icon to download the relevant material
3. Wait until the page is fully loaded - download times will vary, depending upon your modem speed, but are typically about 50 seconds on a 56k modem. File sizes are given for each file.
4. Print the file by clicking 'File' and 'Print' on your menu bar.
5. Follow any instructions in the print dialogue box to ensure that the questions fit your paper (pages are designed for A4 size paper)
