Pupil records
The DriverActive pupil record system is an easy-to-use and effective way to keep track of your pupils' achievements.
When your pupils are fully aware of where they are in relation to their driving test they are more likely to take a realistic view of the number of lessons needed and costs involved - this will you to avoid the business problems and loss of goodwill that can arise when pupils (and parents) feel that they are being sold lessons that are not needed.
The record system is designed for both pupil and instructor input to be used as an 'agreed progress log' and as such can be used as the basis for a 'customer contract' when determining test dates leading to improved customer satisfaction. Pupils can also download their own 'lite version' of the progress sheets from DriverActive.
The DriverActive Record System has full guidance notes about keeping records to maximise pupil progress and for business success/customer care.
Instructors who have been using earlier versions of this pupil record system over the last few years report it as being easier to use than the DSA logbook system.
