ADI Masterclass

ADI Masterclass is based in Buxton, Derbyshire and consists of two full days covering modern motivational strategies, advanced training skills and information for a better business.

This in-car course has been designed to enable instructors to benefit from personal training with John Farlam but at an easily affordable price. However, there is nothing 'budget' about the content of this course.

During the course you will learn new ideas and skills via interesting and stimulating discussion, demonstration and examples of skill application. The course is shared with two other instructors but John's skill as a trainer and the design of the programme means that everyone gets personal attention. There are no 'passengers' on MasterClass!

ADI Masterclass offers a unique opportunity to spend 'quality time' with John and have your questions and training issues addressed in detail in a friendly relaxed atmosphere.
