ADI MasterClass 2012 - Personal training with John Farlam

ADI MasterClass is based in Buxton, Derbyshire and offers you an insight into a coaching approach to driver training, modern motivational strategies, advanced training skills and information for a better business.
This in-car course has been designed to enable instructors to benefit from personal training with John Farlam but at an affordable price. However, there is nothing 'budget' about the content of this 'Success Based' course.
SmartDriving ADI MasterClass has been designed to teach the skills needed for the effective teaching of drivers at all levels.
Target audience:
- Newly qualified driving instructors
- Experienced driving instructors (car/LGV/PCV/taxi/mini-bus/motor cycle/)
- Experienced specialist driving skills instructors
The course concentrates on mainly on the development of:
- Coaching skills
- Communication strategies
- Assessment Skills
- Lesson and course structure
The 'Success Based 'methods taught during this course will equip newly qualified instructors with new skills and develop the existing skills of experienced instructors.

A dynamic course
ADI MasterClass is conducted in-car and is a mix of theory and practice with a strong experiential theme running throughout.
While based on a fixed syllabus, the mix of personalities and John’s ability to work 'in the moment' makes each MasterClass slightly different – the course material also works at different levels depending on your own start point.
This is why some delegates have repeated the course and gained as much on the second visit as they did on the first (and been totally satisfied with the value on each occasion!)
During the course you will learn new ideas and skills via interesting and stimulating discussion, training games, demonstration and examples of skill application.
The course is shared with two other delegates but John's skill as a trainer and the design of the programme means that everyone gets personal attention.
There are no 'passengers' on MasterClass courses!

I'd like to thank you for the master class course in April. I found it very enjoyable and It's given me a lot of food for thought. - I am just writing to say thank you again for the ADI MasterClass. To say it was fantastic is an understatement. I can't praise the course enough! I didn't expect the course to make such a difference to me so quickly. I have only been back two days and already my teaching is easier and more effective and my pupils have noticed the difference too. They are picking things up so much quicker and finding things easier. I would recommend this course to anyone - its brilliant. Success based training? Not half! - Jonathan
