Over the years the Check-Test has changed and many instructors are unsure about how the ongoing changes might affect them.
You might be one of those who has experienced a feeling of insecurity. Other instructors have experienced the upset of being downgraded, say from a 5 to a 4, without fully understanding why.
Courses are available 'one-to-one' or 'two-to-one'
One-to-one courses offer maximum flexibility and John's undivided attention; training can be adjusted specifically to suit individual needs. This is ideal if you feel that you did not get the best value from your original training provider or if your motivation and love of teaching is starting to wane a little.
Two-to-one training is ideal for general CPD offering a deep insight into effective tuition strategies. Two-to-one courses are a slightly less flexible and follow more closely to a pre-determined syllabus, however, time is allowed for individual issues to be resolved - two-to-one is ideal for friends who wish to attend a course together and compare notes later.

Format
Skills Development is normally run as a two-day programme however an extra day can be added if required allowing even greater depth of content.

Day-Two runs from 9.00am to 4.00pm and is designed to help you integrate skills in the context of day-to-day lessons and the Check-Test.
All training uses modern accelerated learning methods, including simple 'training games' that will make your learning experience easy, enjoyable and stress-free.
What you won't get is the destructive and demoralising "Let's do some role-play and I'll tell you what you are doing wrong" approach ...
