Natural learning
This short course is aimed at all instructors who wish to gain a knowledge of how coaching can be used to promote 'natural learning'.
The course draws on basic coaching principles and covers the basics of adopting a coaching approach to training.
Note that this is a practical skills course designed to introduce you to coaching and how it can be practically applied to your
training. You will take away skills that you can start to use immediately.
During the course you will learn:

The difference between coaching and instruction

The value of coaching
- Using the Grow Model as a basis for training
- A method to replace traditional briefing (and accelerate progress)
- How to overcome 'resistance' when using Q&A as a coaching tool
- Working with the pupil - not the problem
