A different kind of course
Most instructor training is based upon the Part-Three pre-set tests (PST's) and spends a lot of time teaching you about lesson content.
The irony is that in reality, you already know this information. You learned it for your success at parts One and Two. This means that a lot of training time is wasted – or even worse, you might be left in confusion about things that you thought you knew, for example, how to do basic manoeuvres.
John Farlam believes in 'Life Skill Training'. He recognises that you want to pass the exam but also knows that you need more than exam skills to 'cut it' in the 'real world and to be successful in your new career.
John's unique approach concentrates on training skills - enabling you to give a good lesson on any subject (not just the exam subjects), and thus prepare you for a successful career.
Rather than being subjected to demoralising role-play, you will learn to use your existing skills and to develop new ways of thinking through a process of easy, stimulating training games. These help you to learn naturally without trying to memorise lots of do's and don'ts.
