Helping you to prepare for ORDIT registration
It's fairly well documented that for various reasons, John Farlam has chosen not to support the ORDIT Register directly over the years. Primarily this is because of the ORDIT trained students he has 'rescued'. ORDIT has let these students down badly. John wholeheartedly supports the principles behind ORDIT and will continue to work towards a change in the administration/testing regime. |

Non-membership of ORDIT has been OK for John, simply because his business comes from recommendation and from those who have benefited from his free advice, products and articles that he has written over the years. He has a long list of 'commendations' from satisfied customers.
However, for someone starting out, or working in a competitive instructor training market place, ORDIT registration is fast becoming a 'must' in order to have credibility in the marketplace.
As knowledge of the ORDIT Register becomes more widespread, qualification will become even more important. This is why John helps and encourages others to gain registration.
Of course, another reason for working towards ORDIT registration is that it is only a matter of time before the trainers register becomes a compulsory requirement. |
